Labelux to 161 million U.S. dollars acquisition of Belstaff
Swiss luxury brand Labelux last month acquired Jimmy Choo brand, and immediately after the acquisition of the clothing brand Belstaff Discount Belstaff. Labelux Group CEO Reinhard Mieck President said: "Belstaff is a country with an excellent heritage of the brand as a global luxury brand, its future is limitless.
Belstaff brand CEO Manuele Malenotti, said the acquisition brings a new company Belstaff Italia, this acquisition amounted to 161 million dollars.
